Create brand systems for ventures that include tone, visual rules, pages, assets, and launch patterns.

Use design references ethically to improve taste without copying.

Build reusable creative workflows for landing pages, app store assets, ads, and social.

Raise the perceived quality of every portfolio company.

Responsibilities

Translate strategy into brand direction, design tokens, UI direction, and creative systems.

Create high-quality reference briefs and design QA notes.

Use AI image/design tools to accelerate exploration while preserving originality.

Collaborate with product and growth systems so design improves trust and conversion.

Strong fit

You have strong taste and can explain why something works.

You can create systems, not just isolated graphics.

You understand conversion, trust, and premium positioning.

You use AI creatively without letting it make generic output.

Proof to show

A brand system, landing page, app interface, ad system, or design direction you created.

Before-and-after examples that improved trust, clarity, or conversion.

A short style brief showing how you translate references into original direction.
