If a subscription was purchased through Apple App Store or Google Play, subscription management may happen through that app store. Purchases made through Stripe or another web checkout may be managed through the relevant product account or support channel.
For privacy, deletion, access, or correction requests, contact support and include the product name plus the email or account identifier used with the product.
We review support requests as quickly as practical. Launch-stage products may still be evolving, but user trust, billing clarity, and privacy requests are treated as priority issues.
