Privacy Policy
This policy explains how Univenture Studio handles information across its website and consumer software products. Individual apps may include additional privacy notes when their data use differs.
Last updated July 19, 2026Information we collect
We may collect contact details you provide, product feedback, support messages, account or subscription information, app usage events, device and browser information, and the content you intentionally submit to an app workflow.
How we use information
We use information to operate our website and apps, provide support, improve product quality, process subscriptions or payments, prevent abuse, measure performance, and comply with legal or platform requirements.
AI-assisted features
Some products may send user-provided inputs to AI model providers to generate responses. We design these workflows to use the information needed for the requested feature and to avoid collecting unnecessary sensitive data.
Analytics and payments
We may use analytics, subscription, and payment providers such as PostHog, RevenueCat, Stripe, Apple, or Google to understand product usage, manage purchases, process payments, and detect fraud. Payment card details are handled by payment providers rather than stored by Univenture Studio.
Problem signal voting
The Problems Worth Solving board uses a random browser cookie so one browser can add or remove one vote per problem. We store a one-way hash of that random value with the selected problem. We do not attach a name, email address, account, or raw browser identifier to these votes.
Your choices
You can contact us to request help with access, correction, deletion, subscription questions, or privacy concerns. Some requests may depend on the app store, payment provider, or legal retention requirements.
